i want to take omega oil capsules but when I do i get reflux and heart pain. this also happened with rosehip oil and I broke out in a allergic rash and itch from seaseme seed oil and rice bran oil. I bought that cleansing oil for the face and I just can't use it. I even have breathing problems from it. for years now I have said no to doctors about ventelin sprays I can't bare my heart racing madly or going too slow, that is worse.
