you can tell when I am on my period cuz I am in a dark place mentally and physically. I just go there where I know I fit in to a dark dark place to be alone as usual and not talk about it to anyone all these years. the doctors don't care. they told me to go away. i told them i had a flood going on. but they wouldn't listen.
