I sometimes park not-so-efficiently

I live in TelAviv. Parking is a bitch in TelAviv. I try, mostly, to park unto others as Id like them to park for me. but not always :[ I will burn in parking hell. p.s. I has been suggested that TelAviv _is_ parking hell already. that would not surprise me.
