so all of last year I was doing about 1 a day exercise with a rower machine, abdo flexor, core and resistance, weights and step and rebounder and was not losing weight at all even with all that exercise and reduction of food. now I have gained more and I feel like I am fighting a uphill battle I can't beat. breakfast= oats/chai seeds and 4 strawberries 1 cup of tea some choc arrowroot crackers 2 cups of coffee lunch- 3 cup of tea baked beans on 1 slice bread, 4 crackers, 1 large glass of water and 1 pear dinner- tuna/cheese macaroni bake with tomato peanut butter and 6 crackers and 1 cup of tea how can you get fat on that?
