i would wake up at 2am and pace around the house having trouble thinking and breathing and cat attacking my face and I would hit myself over the head with hammers and anything I could get a hold of and attack everything around me with water and bashings while my parents were asleep and sister was married and brother married, no one knew but mum.

there surely must be people out there who care and who give a damn about you. And if you're struggling with anything then you need to find a way to cope with it and overcome your difficulties, which may be harder than it sounds but you have to find a coping method. Whether it's a hobby, drawing, sport etc. Try and find something that will take your mind off of things. This may not have helped but when I've gone through crappy times I distract myself and put my mind somewhere else. And always remember that there are people you can talk to who honestly do care and are willing to help and cheer you up :) I hope you're alright!
