I eat what comes out of my nose!

<div>I have a very stupid and disgusting habit, don't know if anybody got the same, or i'm the only one on earth.</div> <div>when i'm at home alone, i insert my index finger inside my nose and collect whatever there, some will say this is a good habit as a part of personal hygine, i.e. cleaning the nose, but the problem is that when i take my finger out, i suck it will all that stuff on it.</div> <div>it does't have a taste, either good or bad, it taste like dust and water mixed together.</div> <div>i can't stop this habit, i tried several times, but with no success.</div> <div>any help?</div>
