why I hate pharmacy and shop diet shakes, they taste like shit and full of sugar which kind of defeats the purpose, they cause constipation and are not a long term solution at all. the gloria marshel diet drink was not sugary and it was not that dear but not cheap but at least it worked, this other shit does not work.
