But I have changed ages and ages ago you just never noticed that my mind and I so badly want to have a family with you. I cry when I see mothers with their children. But you havent changed your mind. I didn't want to eat much meat for dinner, I ate the salads and just a bit of pork and had a half a mango and eggnog and berries with oat flakes. lunch I just had chicken and left over mediterainian baked vegitables and breakfast I deliberately ate less oats and chai seeds and coconut but I feel like I spoilt the exercise cuz I had a small piece of chocolate. I am trying to give up sugar and I don't believe these people who are even against fruit sugars so you can't eat fruit. you can't eat grains on paleo, you can't eat anything but veg, but I don't know with weight gain or loss what the answer is, the body does what it needs to, to live. I am sick of this fat. I want to throw it at others meanly.

I have accepted I feel guilty no matter what I eat. every mouthful I feel guilty about for years now. I feel guilty for eating, my selfish needs, I feel guilty needing to use a toilet, I feel guilty about wanting love. sorry, I am not supposed to think I am good enough for a job or house or man, but I do feel good enough for decades, sorry if you didn't notice or tried to turn things around to suit your own dirty ass!
