desperate and filled with pain and confusion over hurt and bullying I gave in and ate a lot of sugary fatty foods, whenever they pick on me I do it. how do I make the cycle stop. they are the bad guys and I am the good guy they want me fat so no one will love me. they win again. I did this same pattern as a kid. over eating when I was bullied and hiding away. content to be the most unloved and unloveable person in the world. I fell back everytime I was pushed back.
