I can't take this heat and sun problems any more, always having to avoid getting burnt, i have sensitive skin, always having to think ahead, always having to worry. always worry worry worry, pain pain pain. I will go back to the catholic church at some point but its hard, I have a lot of hurts people don't understand unless you are catholic. I find the monestry peaceful but I don't want to be a bother to them and i don't want to have to prove my faith all the time.

trying to stick to this raw food diet is hard for me in a way, occasionally I will search every kitchen cupboard for chocolate like a nutcase but often just go for months not wanting it. and crave weird things mostly cheese or rockmelon or just water and ice or chocolate mouse or gerkin spreads and i like goden syrup or molases lately becausse it takes like blood with a strong element taste.
