last year I spend dieting, nearly 1 hr a day on a vibration platform machine, hiit jumping on a rebounder over 500jumps per day, then 10mins on airwalker, 120on rower and 20mins on machine, resistance cords on arms and legs x 150 plus, 200 on twister, 5mins on stepper, weights and step for 5mins, gymball and pilates for 10mins and I didn't loose any weight at all I gained it. I only eat 1 slice of bread at lunch most times, I limit myself to only lean small meats, and only treats 1 day a week like ice-cream or a small cake slice, I eat salads and oats and I drank so much water it was brimming out of me yet my veins would still collapse in blood tests. what the hell is going on ? I am sick of this fat.

I felt raped of who I am as a person since a child, of godparents who were useless and lazy, of knowing things, being refered to as the milkmans kid etc as if my mother was a whore, I feel robbed of my education and career, as if people seen me as ron and I am nothing like him so why was I given this stupid ear problem? it has to be satanic abuse asian or something! all my left side has had spine alignment issues and my right side of the vagina has all these issues ear problems mostly on the left. right leg from car accident causing me pain. and this fucking bitch who abused me who I was way too nice to was offended, well stuff her! as if she was this innocent birdy and i was never against her. i wish someone had of listened and helped. look at all I have suffered because no one would help me as a child of 5. so I can make the world to blame.
