I am sick of people jerkin me around. I am still annoyed at the bank taking my money, then I go see the surgeon and that cost a lot and lucky to be there for like 5 mins he didn't even want to look at my back which I thought was strange most specialists want to feel the area and offer some treatments like injection therapy or xray or mri maybe he figures there is no point. all he suggests is one of those tailbone support cushion - as if I want to carry that everywhere I go! I try so hard often to avoid pain killers because I don't want to be reliant on them. pain managment and seeing a massager hopefully will help. I was walking a lot the other day and my back and ankle tendons and the ganglon cysts were all aching and I have 2 herniated back discs in lower back and 1 in the neck, I am getting sick of the worry, I try to do stretch and flex exercises the phsyio and podiatrist recommended but I don't accept this is normal for my age.
