I am so tired I was up til midnight studying and then had to get up early for a class and then I got lost so I decided to take my mum and I off to southbank brisbane and we had a tomato, cheese and ham sandwich we shared and 2 mango/passionfruit low fat fruit packed frozen yogurt that was sensational for 97% fat free in a wafer cone after all the walking I didn't care, then we headed back to a shopping mall and had a cup of earl grey tea, well I did and mum had a low fat cappuccino. I am so tired now. I just want to sleep but I have a lot of study assignments to catch up on. hope to try some later.

I wonder why I bother to study at all. I seriously mean that. what is the point of all this? I guess that is why I dropped out of university 4 times each time with nervous breakdowns I feel so ashamed of after abuse, I guess I must be so weak unlike the strong successful people and women who get out and bash there way to the top and on top of every dick they can.

why I love chai seeds they are high in protein, vitc, b and a, omegas, iron, and low fat, the pudding in a coconut water or just throw some seeds in a bottle of water for a good nutritious after workout protein replacement, I love coconut milk/and water because it is high in iron and vit c, b magnesium, calcium, and is cleansing for the whole body, gi tract and liver detox, antibacterial, antifungal and my sports nutrition teacher said milk is a great alternative hydrator after exercise that is unestimated compared to plain water, she says cows milk is good and whole butter, I bought some coconut butter and it is nice. and the coconut oil is greaat as a breath freshner and teeth whitener for skin conditions and its relaxing, althought the best oil to cook with is still olive or I also like grapeseed oil. but if you have iron b c and other deficencies coconut and omega is very good. I love chai seeds and I love watercress on whole egg or salmon and beetroot and cheese and horseradish sandwiches.

today is rememberance day 11/11 and its my dads birthday, as much as he is a complete disaster and flustered easily, I gave him his birthday gifts a few weeks ago some shorts and few pairs of shoes and tops and socks but I never know what he likes. he makes up excuses not to come out to buy clothing he hates trying on things and he needs a new suit. I buy both 2nd hand and discounted new things and I mean there are some cheap things out there, if we stop gaining weight then I won't need to buy stuff. I bought us a bottle of this hibiscus wine that is low cal and low alcohol and a white wine with hazelnut flavor as well. I don't know when we will open it.

my father will tell you how at home I can let the f's and c's fly like a old trouper when I am grumpy that is true, because I read once that its better to swear and let out your anger then hold it in have cancer later. I have to be tested for all the hepatitis group illnesses and I keep putting off the blood test. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FrJqLB07zC8 so the wedding dress I bought has a look to it that is a cross between a satin collared white shirt long sleeve with a large bow to the side that is rather 1940s looking to me, and I want to place over the skirt a lace creamy ivory shade so its a cross between this video at counter 1.22 and 2.02 and with a long veil and I have a very victorian lace dress that I would definately where some long pale cami dress under it in ivory and it has a floral lace trim long veil both very pretty. I only hope if I can't wear them some one wonderful can make justice of the dresses as they deserve but I still hope that person secretly is me! lol.....i do have some pride even for a well known martyr of enjoyment and love, well I am not really I just have never found any man good enough who will play the part I want him to play. they try to or think they are and they are not, they do stupid yobo things and the opposite of what I am about.
